the place is under construction and some disruption may be understandable but the room was not as clean as it should be and some of the upholstered furniture was stained and in very poor condition. Had I know the poor condition of the facility i would not have stayed there.

A fine place to stay... just set expectations.
The hotel itself is mid-renovation. Our room was on the second floor, and we were lucky to have been on a clearly completed floor. We'd denote to get ICE, we had to go to the 5th floor — which was NOT renovated. It looked like a penal colony. So, glad we weren't higher in the building. The room was fine. A little oddly designed though... with a room for the toilet / tub, but the sink OUTSIDE of it. So, you can do the awkward math when sharing a room with someone who is a FRIEND, not a romantic partner. Eh. The breakfast every morning was predictably "meh". COMPLETELY UNSEASONED powdered scrambled eggs, a rotating breakfast meat, something extra (i.e. hashbrowns, country potato, etc.), and then cereal and a toast/bagel section. Would have loved a waffle maker, but no dice. Would definitely stay again, but only with a proper deal.

Went on a busy trip stayed at a higher rated hotel but that didnt work out. My helper for the show was bitten on shoulder, back of bisep and back of head looks to be bed bugs that same morning my cataylic conventor was stolen from my box truck costing me over $2,000 to replace. There cameras are not good cant see the whole parking lot to help catch these criminals. Only given a sorry this happened. We were moved into a new room but i didnt feeling comfortable worrying about my box truck every night.

Plenty of parking. Nice property, but under construction. Room was nice, but also needing work. The shuttle to the airport didn't arrive when it was supposed to, so the hotel front desk got an Uber to come and take us to the airport. We appreciated that gesture.

Disgusting. Do not stay here. Rooms smell like sewage if you turn down or off the AC. Running water is dirty. Floors and furniture are stained with who knows what. Hotel is under renovation and makes no indication of it until you have already checked in. No pool even though it’s mentioned. Definitely more of a one star motel than a 3 star hotel

The hotel is under renovation which is great! I would like to point out that there are some areas which require attention: Rm: 322, there is water damage and paint is flaking close to the window. The area by the restaurant, the ceiling also has water damage and needs painting. The restaurant garbage needs to be cleaned often.
