Clean and comfy. Convenient to CFG Arena and Convention Center. Quick walk to Lexington Market for lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly. Rooms showing age but beds nice and shower was hot. Our 2nd stay here and will continue to book here.

A friendly hotel with character
I would definitely stay here again even though my experience could have been slightly better. It's quirky It has character. The service is friendly. What could be improved? They need ot update their site to indicated that their restaurant is not as full service as it once was. They need to enforce the no-smoking rule somehow.

The overall stay was GREAT! Room clean, bed not so comfortable, Hotel was incredible actually, the ONLY issue i had was just 1 very rude counter person that gave my son a hard time over buying a softdrink out of lobby. Treated him like he was bothering her and then just yelled at him to just take it because she didnt want to deal with it, then as he started to walk off started hollaring about paying for it.
