This is a historic, older hotel so there aren’t contemporary or traditional room amenities or decor but the customer service, cleanliness and comfort were great. It suited the purpose for which I was there and I’d stay there again.

They didn’t treat me the way other hotels have when I tell them I booked thru Expedia & am a gold member. No offers for better room. TV wasn’t working at first & the sink was stopped up

Excellent staff ! Historic hotel excellent atmosphere! Close location to Camden yards and inner harbor the pub and bakery were great and convenient. The valet parking representatives worked extra hard literally running to get the next vehicle and they were sufficiently staffed. I received excellent service during my stay.

We enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Several of the beer taps were unavailable at 4:30 pm on Saturday afternoon. However, the bartender took time to explain and provide a local IPA for me. We would stay here again.

Our Anniversary weekend stay at Lord Baltimore
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As far renovations, I can only speak on our room. They could have done a better job on the bathroom renovation and also I noticed the wall paper near one of the windows had cracks and a tear in it. Overall stay was very nice.

It was in walking distance of the harbor. The valet parking was convenient. The staff made you feel welcome and comfortable with your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Baltimore

The lobby was stunning. Service in the cafe and bar were not great. The rooms were relatively clean but depending on your floor, the noise was loud from outside. The rooftop patio was cute. Location to Camden and Inner Harbor was ideal. Room rates are high in my opinion for lack of great service and or amenities.

Checked in at 3:15pm. There check in is at 4:00pm. Our room was ready, but that was considered early check in and would cost an extra 35 dollars. You have to use their valet parking and there was no where to park so they had me. I could keep circling the block with heavy inner city traffic or pay the $35 fee for an early 45 min checkin. The shower was not clean with hair smeared on shower wall along with some kinda of substance goo that wasn’t cleaned off. The coffee maker still had used coffee grounds in the filter. No hand soap or tissues called down for more they told me they had a soap shortage but would bring me some body wash. They never did. My view out my window was a wall. Lastly the A/C was not good. Had it as low as 62 and it still never got comfortable to sleep. Being a former flight attendant I have stayed in hundreds of hotels from 2-5 star hotels. I’ll give this one one star ⭐️. The lobby was beautiful.

We arrived at 2:00pm. Our room was ready but to check in early would have cost an extra $35.00. We did not have hand soap in the bathroom and needed more towels. There were 3 guests in our room. The air conditioner did not work. We had the in room temperature was set at 76 and it was freezing in our room. We even tried turning it on and off. That didn’t help. After housekeeping was in they didn’t give us a new soap. There was also no shower gel.
