Chris on 2nd shift is AMAZING
Amazing staff and service here! Chris on night shift was amazing!! My coworkers and I watched him help a customer on the phone and check in five people all with a smile on his face and without missing a beat!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Baltimore!

The only thing I didn’t care for is they offered no shuttle service from the hotel. Everything was fine I got an early check in! The staff and service was great!

Very good stay.
Friendly helpful staff, easy check in, lobby smelled good. Very little weed smell, mainly from people just walking in from out of the streets. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was very easy at the 25th garage halfway around the block. 20 bucks for weekend parking for a one-night stay.

We stayed for a concert and was literally a block away. We ate at The Water Street Tavern and they had the best crab cake I ever had also a block away. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The only downfall was the restaurant was closed inside the hotel but that's okay there was plenty of restaurants in the area to walk to
