Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Nice pool and courtyard. Disappointing breakfast for a charge. No housekeeping during your stay where it would be nice if they at least emptied the trash.

Staff was ok, not too friendly but ok. I know that early check in is usually a benefit so sometimes there is a fee attached. Sonesta is the ONLY hotel ive ever stayed at where a fee was attached. I get a fee if there is no room available and they have to hurry and clean a room for you to get in OR if its a small convenience fee like $25. I paid more for the fee to check in 3 hours early (even with a room already available) then I paid for my reservation. I guess i was supposed to sit outside in the snow until 4pm got here. Oh and thr curtains don't close. This is my last time staying at a Sonesta unless i have no other option.

The room was very clean but the staff wasn’t very helpful.. the TV wasn’t working and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Had to go out to watch TV and use my phone for TV as well. Did not have breakfast

I checked in late but the check in process was smooth. The place looked clean and tidy. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the pillows. They were not comfortable or too old.
