호텔이 깨끗하고 룸이 넓어서 4명의 가족이 숙박하기에 훌륭한 곳이었습니다. 세탁실도 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 아침식사 공간이 좁아서 식사를 하기 위해 대기하는 시간이 길었지만, 식사 종류도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The valet people are amazing! The front desk people I interacted with were kind. Only thing is they are not very accommodating when you ask for a cot but otherwise my stay here was very nice.

This was a few blocks from the inner harbor. CLEAN, nice, quiet hotel. Stayed here with 2 kids under 4--would highly recommend. Breakfast in the morning was great and the entire place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Would go back again! :)

Staff at the lobby was very very unkind. She didn't even say hello or welcome us. The first impression about this hotel was that lady. Then she was smiling and chatting with another hotelier. Please be very careful. Aug. 8.24. Afternoon.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and the staff is amazing. The rooms have high end furnishings, clean, spacious and comfortable. Within VERY quick and easy walking distance to the inner harbor One warning: People who are driving to the area should get directions from the front desk. Do not just follow GPS. It is VERY close to a strip club with loitering drug addicts and prostitutes. If you don't know where you're going, suddenly you're in the thick of it. Even with that local "flavor", would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property is a gem in the city. The exterior does not look like a Ritz Carlton hotel or Waldorf Astoria because it is a historical building. An old bank probably? For the price that I paid, I got what I wanted. Everything is excellent - the staff, the service, the room and the breakfast. It is in Baltimore so the location comes with some problems (homelessness as the main thing). Although it is about 2 blocks from the Inner harbor, the next block behind the hotel is not pleasant. Just try to avoid walking there and just focus on the Inner Harbor attractions.

Room AC not working room was mid 70’s (HOT). Manager stated maintenance team was gone for the day gave us a fan for the room! Next day maintenance arrived after we left and not only didn’t fix the issue but turned off AC all together and room was 76 degrees when we returned after a day of sightseeing! Management (main desk person, ONLY person) reachable couldn’t do anything. Room was not cleaned or serviced and new towels not available when we returned that evening correction two towels were provided for four adults!!. Just horrible customer service. Overall look of the property was nice, old school charm, but I would never recommend a stay here based on my experience.

The staff were so kind, the rooms were clean and well kept. Beds were extremely comfortable. They also had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Great security measures late at night, as well.

Gorgeous, clean hotel with a great location
The setting of the hotel in a historical building gives it an elegant, unique feeling. The arichecture of the building is gorgeous. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the harbor, aquarium, great restaurants and its easy to take a Lyft ride to venture further. Breakfast is good and the 24hr gym is also a great amenity! Stsff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
