Needed a place to lay our heads for the nite. Was clean and comfortable. BUG FREE…. reading reviews on several other places this was the only place that did not have comments regarding bugs/roaches. So I decided to book it. Other than outside noise it was good

It was a nice experience. Great staff, nice facilities, well equipped. I don't like the fact I had to check in online and had to arrive at the hotel and wait at the frontdesk for additional 20minutes to check in again. Don't make me check in online when I have to recheck-in when I arrive. I was also charged online when checking in and charged additional when checking in again at the frontdesk. I am hoping that would be reverted. Other than these concerns, everything looks good.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR MY ELDERLY PARENTS TO HAVE A ROOM MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THEM THAN HAVING TO WALK UP THE STAIRS AND THEN GET LOST BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT THE NUMBERING SYSTEM AND THEY HAD TO NOW GO ON TH OTHER SIDE FOR THE EVEN NUMBERS
