The water in the sink and shower took 15 minutes to just get warm, then finally hot. Paid extra to go in hot tub that was hot but the jets did not work and it was full of sand at the bottom like we were at the beach. Pool and hot tub look filthy. Bathroom had coffee spilled and dried but like it was running down the wall. Bed as always was heavenly! Bar is great! Breakfast could be set up and displayed nicer.

The staff was overworked. Even he mentioned,” everything I have to do it my self.” He was really in a bad mood and not serving us professionally. The room with 2 beds that we already booked was not available, so they gave us 1 bed. Very disappointing.

Although the trip was intended to be for leisure I still wanted to get some work done and when we arrived the internet was not working. With that said, the internet was up and running within 24 hours. I didn’t miss a beat.
