Banani accommodation with spa

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel, reception was very friendly and fast check in. I will continue coming to this hotel.

Wonderful experience with the warm, efficient staff who try and cater to your wishes. Front desk was efficient and courteous and even gave you a fresh orange juice on your arrival. Room service was excellent as well as the diverse quality of the food - fresh and tasty and prepared with care. Its been a very rewarding experience and will definitely come back. I recommend this hotel for guests who are not too demanding or picky. Very easy going atmosphere without all the hype. If you ate looking for a nice and quiet place to stay this is definitely for you. You will not be disappointed.

Really great service from all the staff, from the porter and reception to the waiters in the restaurant. Rooms really clean and food was good quality. Great value.

This facility is beyong 'upgrading.' It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from ground up

Location was good and facilities were ok. Only problem was the air conditioner which made a bit too much noise. Best part of the stay was the service from the morning reception team Ripon, Chadni and Maisha who were really helpful with everything.
