The main lodge is beautiful, but once I arrived at my room, I was disappointed. It is old and not well maintained. I woke up at 7 am with a loud pipe sound, the person in the room beside me was taking a shower. When I arrived at night, the parking spot at my room door was taken, and there were no parking spots available. When we asked the front desk person he said the spots were not assigned to the room. He was helpful enough to move a service car and give us the spot to park our car. But it was far from our room, but it was the best he could do. I would never stay in this hotel again, you don't get what you pay for.

The staff at Buffalo Mountain Lodge is awesome. They were very helpful when you needed. We were a group of 14 and it was the best experience we could have had. Thank you Buffalo Mountain Lodge!!!!

Great spot but loud on weekends
Booked this hotel to be away from the noise of downtown. The view from the balcony was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the bathroom with separate tub and shower was spacious. We really enjoyed the heated tile floors. Food at onsite restaurant Prow was fantastic and hot tub was nice. Robes are provided in the rooms and rooms were cleaned daily. Only a few negatives, on the weekends parking was tough and parties were going till 3am and with thin walls made it tough to sleep. Booked this to be in a quiet setting. During the week we had no issues. Only a 5 min drive to town, or 15 cab ride. Bus stop was near but we didnt use that options

We had some water issues due to construction. So we didn’t feel safe to shower or even brush our teeth. We felt a At least one night should have been refunded, instead we were offered a breakfast which we couldn’t do and then a dinner which we couldn’t do either. So basically no compensation was received. Also forgot to mention the toilet was stained and the paper holder was loose and eventually fell off. Also when we arrived the credit card system wasn’t working. It wasn’t So little issues like that which I feel shouldn’t have been an issue at all.

Would have given 2 stars but the fact the person at the front when I was checking out, didn’t even ask how my stay was at all and was quick to just bill me then get me out the door when perhaps she could have read my body language instead and asked how it was is the final reason I chose to actually write this, so maybe they can step it up for others in the future. I have stay here religiously for a few years now and only would have stay at this lodge. Most everytime was great, however I haven’t been for a min of 6 months. Summer time pricing was insane high. Prior to that good. Now this time a few things…when I ask to reserve the specific table I was at eating at, at 4pm when I was checking in -beside the fire to come back to the same one at 7pm to eat dinner and do some work for my business.. there’s people there. I show up 645pm saying I reserved that table and I’ll hang tight till my reso time opens up. She Says okay. Then I sit there and the staff continues to let them order food and says to me they’ll be a while and they’re eating so forth. That’s fine and all sure but what’s the point of having me expecting my table I asked them to reserve and sit at if you’re not going to allow or follow thru. Do not do that ever number one. So I went back to my room and ordered pizza for the night. That half ruined my evening hoping a nice dinner at my usual spot. In the morning yet again another let down, I go to order my usual eggs and Benny with mimosa and I have to now order an e

Nothing but perfect, everything time!
Amazing property! We have stayed here a handful of times over the years and recently stayed in a renovated unit which was wonderfully done! Huge bathrooms and the bedding is always so comfortable! The only downfall was the in-room fireplaces have a starter pack that aren’t meant to burn for long, so the fire was short, but sweet. Great food at the restaurant!!
