The room was lovely, homey, and very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the smell of the fresh wood, but the room smelled pretty smokey from possibly the previous guests. Guest services did what they could. The restaurant had great food, the pasta was divine, as was the creme brulee. Staff was friendly, and the location could not have been more perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Love this Lodge. Wood burning fireplace- good restaurant on site and close to downtown but far enough away for great vistas! Free parking right in front of your room and lots of storage for your gear. Will stay again when we are back in February.

The room is great, the bed amazing, like the fire place with actual wood, staff were able to help when the smoke detector went off due to smoke from firewood. Very close to Banff downtown..I like the outdoors hottube too.

Staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The view of the mountains were gorgeous. the rooms were rustic, and the vaulted ceiling on the top floor and the fireplace made you feel like you were in a cabin in the woods. Just a few notes, the walls are thin and you can hear every word in your neighbours conversations. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade and some repairs, we had a crack in our sink where the repair was failing. The blinds weren’t working properly. Need more outlets and better lighting, Also, the room is due for a deep clean. It was clean enough, just time for a deep clean. All in all, really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely come back again’

The manager at the front desk was so helpful! The room was amazing, the balcony and fireplace made the place so cozy I hardly wanted to leave. Service was super fast as well to restock fire supplies and coffee.

Great experience with CRMR as always - we stayed for one night and was upgraded to a king studio. Staff was very nice, food and drinks at the restaurant was great. We didn't have their breakfast, but everything else we ordered outside of breakfast was good.
