This Lodge is very convenient to downtown without the chaos of Banff traffic. Very clean, well kept, comfortable room with a fireplace! Staff was wonderful! Restaurant was very good with a nice wine selection. We were very happy with our stay. The only negative is limited parking. Would like to see each unit have a dedicated parking space as some nights we had difficulty parking if we returned later. Otherwise wonderful! Would definatley stay here again!

This was such a beautiful property and the rooms were the perfect setting for a little mountain getaway, complete with a fireplace, bathrobes and a gorgeous claw tub. Very comfortable, clean and serene. Will definitely be staying there again and have recommended to many friends and family!

Beautiful fixtures; large bedroom; comfortable bed; nice fireplace. Staff helpful when asked, but failed to let us know our room was as ready while we waited in the lobby and didn’t clarify how dining credit works. Worst was the lack of a place to put soap while showering - had to set it on the floor while shampooing and rinsing - gross to pick soap back up where others had their feet.

Our room was clean but a bit outdated and short on plug-ins. We were on the 2nd floor, and the room didn't have AC, but a fan was provided. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep the doors open due to the mosquitoes. Also, there was limited parking at the lodge. On the bright side, there is public transit available to take you downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
