Great service from the start. Beautiful room, well kept and clean. I called in the evening to see if there was a microwave available and the front desk delivered one to my room. The staff are always super friendly. I love staying here and will definitely stay again.

Great location and cozy room

It was an amazing stay at the buffalo mountain lodge. The fire place gave a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It was excellent service overall. A family of deer welcomed us after we checked in. Staying at this lodge made our Banff trip more special. The bus stop is right across the road, which makes it easier to get around. Also we could walk to the town through the neighbourhoods nearby. My husband and I will definitely book this lodge again when we come back to Banff.

Very nice spot for a weekend getaway, nice private rooms with balcony and in room fireplace. They have wood pre cut for your convenience. Hot tub is very nice. Parking is super easy, staff was wonderful, and had very good suggestions on what to explore while in mountains. 10/10 recommend this stay to anyone!! Definitely a much more intimate experience than a normal hotel.
