e arrived earlier than our check-in time, but luckily, the staff was very accommodating. The woman who assisted us i think she was the supervisor she was approachable and handed us over to the receptionist, Natali, who was also kind and welcoming.
The building itself is a bit old, and the basement parking is quite small. If you’re planning to visit during the summer peak season and have a large vehicle like a pickup truck, parking in their basement might be a challenge.
Our room was a Loft 1 for 4 adults and 2 kids. Despite the building being old, we had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was a big plus—it was fully equipped with utensils and cookware, making it super convenient.
What stood out the most was how much my husband and child enjoyed the amenities such as the waterslide. This is the only hotel we’ve seen in Banff with such a large pool slide—much bigger than others we’ve seen in canmore’s and banff’s. They also have a kids’ play zone, which our little ones absolutely loved.
Their service was also impressive. It’s available 24/7—when we called the lobby late at night regarding an issue, they quickly sent maintenance to our room, which amazed us.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it, especially for families with kids!
