The property was under renovation and our patio had contracting equipment and unsafe materials sitting on the patio-large pails, paint, boards, wood chips, etc. No information was communicated to us as to the status of the property. The navigation to the waterslides and pools was complicated and not clear in all areas how to access.

We always enjoy our trip. This time the room was quite uncomfortable temperature wise. It was the worst sleeps I have ever had at a hotel. The air conditioner barely worked and the hallways was so hot and humid because our room was in the building part near pool. We have stayed here dozens of times but this was the worst for sure.

My children loved to stay there because they enjoyed to play indoor slide swimming pool. After tiring trip, we can rest in the pool and in the hot water outside.

A very family, friendly little more out-of-the-way hotel that has lots of amenities for families and children. Front reception desk very friendly. Very helpful. And very accommodating. We will visit again in the future and stay here most definitely in the future. Oh, did we mention that they have a real fireplace with real wood? And the loft sleeping quarters and the kitchenette were more than most places and the price was definitely right. Then the views of the mountains were fabulous too.

Great location, family friendly but in need of updating. The screen door was broken, cupboard doors are falling off, furniture was very well worn, the sauna was out of order, the elevator is ancient and bumpy! Staff were great, the water slide was fun and loved the wood burning fireplace.
