The rooms are very worn and were not particularly clean. There was some sort of water damage in our hallway with an active leak through the ceiling. The amenities made up for the rooms... the pool was great for all of us and the indoor climber was a great activity for my 8 year old and his friends. Overall, it was a pricey stay for an almost mediocre room but made for a weekend of fun for the kids! We would consider booking again in the future.

We booked for our 3 kids to enjoy the water slides and pool and found out when we go there that they were not working. My kids were devastated after a 5hr drive. The hot water ran out afyer two peipel showered and the rest of us had to jave a cold shower in thw room, the entire sweet got smokey when we triwd to ise the fire place amd it got so smokey we had to put out the fire. There was so many out of order signs on thngs all over the resort. My family doesnt het to go on getaways like this often so it was vwry dissappintong

Love the Douglas Fir, but the second bed was more spring than mattress, which was a bummer for a 3 night stay. Aside from that, the fireplace, kitchen, balcony, location and free Banff bus passes were a huge hit. Free firewood and everything you need to get one going is awesome. Sad that they didn't have branded matches anymore. There were also water activities and we had underground parking.

Staff was excellent and my boys loved the pool and waterslides. Rooms are getting a bit dated and was a bit disappointing that the pool only opens at 2:30 in the off- season.

First impression is the resort and room is dated and probably in need of renovation, however the room was clean, rustic, quiet and we felt quite comfortable once settled in. Air conditioning and fridge a little noisey. Staff were very good and helpful. Housekeeping excellent.

Hotel was amazing, cute little cottage like room. Actual wood burning fireplace that had the wood, kindling and paper at the ready. Slides were awesome as was the outdoor hottub. Had some issues with the linens but the staff were quick to make it right. Will definitely plan to stay here again.
