It was good they gave us free Roam bus tickets to roam around Banff and the room had a lovely leafy aspect towards the forest. However the room was quite dated and cleaning of the room could have been much better. We tried to use the oven one night but it was locked and we needed a maintenance person to unlock it!

The room is beyond dated. The sliding glass door won’t unlock to access the deck. The skylight blind is torn and off its hinges and can’t be closed properly. I have stayed numerous times before but I don’t think I will ever stay here again until there are numerous improvements. The price is outrageous for what you get!!

This hotel fit our needs perfectly. Outdated? Yes. But preferred it that way as it made the stay more homey and fits the area's atmosphere better. The free shuttle service into town was very convenient as well to be able to kick back and not have to battle for downtown parking. Would absolutely stay again and would love to come back sometime in the winter!

The units that we stayed in (one bedroom with loft) need to be updated. seems like the bathrooms were recently updated but all the furniture (kitchen area and living room area) need to be changed. What really made up for this property was the kids play area and also the water park. My kids loved it and we also enjoyed the water slides.

The property offers bus passes as a perk which is great. Problems with key cards multiple times. Several issues with need of repair. While the maintenance staff resolved many items after being resolved these are common issues than should not have to be reported that affect the stay. Parking underground is very very tight. Don't bring a large vehicle.

It was a great stay, could use a renovation, there were some scuffs on the doors and walls, and the bathtub would slowly drain during a shower, and one of the televisions in the room was not working.

This hotel is equipped with kids playzone and Swimming pool with slides and also hotel provides a free ROAM bus pass for the entire stay. If you need to catch Brewster express we can board here to calgary. The interiors has to be improved as they feel bit old and weak

Old, dark, and filthy with everything needing replacing. Our unit in particular had a sink hole in a mattress, torn curtains, ripped lampshade, hairs on the sheets, dingy, battered old furniture you didn't want to sit on and years of soot stains around the fireplace. The only good thing was the free bus pass they give out. We do not recommend staying here.
