We like this hotel very much! Newly built, modern, friendly staff. Check-in was quick and we even got a 3-day bus pass which made it even sweeter as the hotel is about a 22 minute walk to the bustling downtown. As of our stay end of August 2024, they are still building the hot pools. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel!

Check-in was fantastic with great quality tea bags at the front desk. They provided us with complementary roam bus passes that allowed us to hit all our destinations. The room was spacious and clean. Although the property was still under construction and the pool wasn't completed yet, the stay was lovely. We picked up pastries at Sadden Sally before we headed out each morning. It was a great way to start the day.
The staff assigned me a room just next to the elevator which was quite noisy. Also, an ice machine is in front of the elevator. One person used the ice machine in the middle of the night, so couldn’t have good sleep that night!

Restaurant this a.m. was very good , service great, just poor pillows and very hard bed, thanks
All employees at the property were very professional and friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean and I loved the idea of having two sinks in a room, it’s very convenient when it comes to sharing a room with others. The location is quiet but close to downtown and the property provides free local shuttle to many tourist attractions. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was great, and it is still going through few renovations. It will be wonderful if it had a little play area for kids. They should also get some good flavours of coffee inside the room for refill. Again, the property is new. The kept the place really nice and clean. The view outside the hotel is fantastic, you pay for the view. Banff is a very tourist town, it is 6 minutes away from the central downtown area, so it has plenty of parking available.
Nice and quiet hotel away from busy downtown but very accessible via roam bus. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice. Staff is nice. Some amenities like laundry and hot tub were unavailable when we checked in but all good. Parking is included. Definitely recommend if you have a car. Bus pass also included. Will definitely stay here again.
Good sized rooms with nice bathrooms. Staff very helpful. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and lunch though we didn't eat dinner there.
I wouldn't call it a good value though...quite expensive for what it is. But that's probably the going rate in Banff!
Clean and well equipped rooms, nice restaurant, and on public bus route. Great mountain views from our room with lots of windows and a large balcony to enjoy it. They also had lots of free parking for guests.
We had a wonderful trip to Banff and the days stayed at Canoe and Suits. The location is perfect for everything. Nice view, nice restaurant, nice staff and services. We had nothing to complaint when we stayed here.

The condition of the hotel is great. It’s new and everything is bright and airy. The service is somewhat lacking though. They asked us to submit our daily drink order and we did. However they messed up on the order and gave us bad attitude when we reported the issues. Hotel is also under construction. It’s very loud during the day.
