We had an amazing stay despite the lack of reviews and construction around the property. Rooms were extremely clean and common areas were nice and brand new. Our favourite part was the pour over coffee in the rooms and access to the sister hotel hot pools while the hot pools at our hotel was still under construction. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Great hotel just as you enter Banff. Rooms were very clean. Pool not quite open but was able to use their sister hotel pool, hotel canoe. Can’t wait to head back and stay again.

A very clean and new hotel in Banff. Service was great and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Free transit pass to go to the center of the town. Only downside was there was no garbage cans in the room and the conditioner in the shower was not working, but everything was addressed as soon as it was brought up. I highly recommend it.

Paper thin walls, we could hear everything in surrounding rooms and in the halls. Made it hard to sleep. Uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. Service was excellent. The in-hotel restaurant is pretty good (not amazing). Convenient location. Free bus passes made travel easy. Probably wouldn’t stay again but we had a nice time.
