I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home. The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great. The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld.

The room was so nice, good air conditioning, 9/10 customer service. Although we weren’t able to partake in all the amenities, we were happy with what we used. Only complaint is how expensive laundry was. And also one of our bedroom robes never returned to us.

From the time we entered,everyone was very welcoming, Nicha was excellent every morning. breakfast staff were great.The standing shower space could have been a bit larger. Other than that excellent.

The room was spacious well decorated and extremely clean, the staff where phenomenal i could not recommend this hotel enough. The Prego restaurant was also very good! The only down side i had was the pool was pretty cold for my likeing.

Everything went smoothly except that we don’t like the different breakfast venue whenever the main venue is full. The food choices and atmosphere is very different. May I also suggest you have all lifts have an installed indicator as to where the respective lift is operating… going up or down and the floors there are at.
