Staff were very welcoming towards us during our stay. They were friendly and helpful across all areas of the entire hotel. Hotel is clean, presentable, we were very happy with our room and no complaints in that regard. The only downfall is the lifts can sometimes take a long time to arrive, waitinb times but its the start of peak season so not overly complaining. Local construction work made it hard to visit cetain areas of bangkok and taxis took a long time to arrive and get us to our location as a result. Breakfast buffet selection was amazing, good quality food, we couldn’t ask for anything more than whats provided. I would definitely stat here again.

Hotel is conveniently situated, direct transfer from BKK airport to hotel via the Airport Rail Link. Phaya Thai is an excellent transportation hub to travel within Bangkok. Staff members are courteous and helpful. Plenty of storage in guest rooms. Extensive buffet breakfast.

Luxurious stay and excellent service in all areas. The hotel is relatively new, but the stay was amazing 👏. Breakfast, personalised app, rooms were new with greay views and smaller things like toothpaste, shower cap etc. All included. We did not use the SPA so cannot comment on it, but the view, gym and overall facilities at the hotel were all impressive and clean. The hotel is not pure luxury as the pricing is mid range compared to some other places in bangkok, but I think this offers a very good value proposition, especially considering it has a prime location is connected to the airport link.

This hotel is amazing from its location, the quality of rooms, and the amazing staff. This is the place to stay in Bangkok! Affordable luxury with the best and caring staff. The proximity to the Airport Rail and BTS station is unbeatable! We will be staying here again the next time we are in Bangkok - we can’t recommend it enough!

Rooms were beautiful (great bathrooms and beds were so comfortable). We had some delays in check in and they handled the situation well. The breakfast buffet is UNBELIEVABLE! We were in awe and ate so so much and everything was so great! Pool is beautiful but very cold so more ideal on a warm day (we came in shoulder season) it’s also a very fast walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.
