Overall good, shuttle an issue
Overall experience was good, but logistics with airport shuttle was difficult to coordinate. I emailed the hotel beforehand to get some help, but no response, so had to take an airport taxi instead. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the shuttle outiside, but there’s no way I would’ve spotted it at the airport, as the writing on the bus was not in English, or didn’t have the hotels name/logo on it.

Very close to airports for those whom fly in late and need sleep., very professional staff. Very clean roooms and comon areas. But outside my balcony very smelly piles of renovation rubbish. Could be cleaned up. Front desk staff and bellmen at 2am. Were so polite and professional.
