The property is simple, very clean inside. The area surrounding will throw many people off as its not in the best or busiest location. So grabbing food or drinks while you stay, most likely for a flight out. However a 7/11 is next door. I would say the biggest issue with the property is that there is not elevator. So if you have a bunch of luggage I do not recommend you stay here. Breakfast is worth the price for sure!!

the room was nice and for price cannot go wrong. The airport shuttle to airport was great, if you want picked up you must schedule it before you arrive. There is plenty of restaurants around right down road and 7-11 right next too. The only downfall was no elevator but there is only few steps between floors. For money and convenience you cannot go wrong.

After an 18 hour journey I just wanted a simple and smooth transfer to a local hotel and this is what happened. A hotel representative was waiting at the designated place in the airport and the minibus took us the 15 minutes to the hotel. Check-in was simple. The room was a good size and bed comfortable. There were complimentary drinks, including beer, in the fridge. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The hotel is a little tired and could do with refurbishment and it's set just off a highway. But overall, for convenience and help getting to and from the airport it's exactly what was needed. Thank you

I enjoyed the airport pickup drop off. The person that picked us up was very helpful and kind. The snacks at the lobby was a plus. Too bad there were no elevator. Bathroom needs some bleaching since there were mold in the grout lines.

We stayed one night after arriving before heading to the islands. It was convenient and allowed very late check in. The bed was comfortable and the water hit. The only thing I'd say is to expect narrow stairs, especially if you have bigger luggage.

Once again the facility, convenience and most of all The Incredible Staff at Mariya Boutique Hotel did not disappoint!!! As I stated in a review almost a year ago, this little Gem is absolutely wonderful!!! It isn't in the city but a short Grab ride away. What a wonderful difference to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Quiet, quaint, safe and with a staff that is super friendly and always eager to help!! The soundproof rooms Really Are! The decor harkens back to the times when travel was an adventure and staying in a hotel, was a luxury. The thoughtfulness of the free snacks, juice and water in the lobby. The comfortable beds, linens and towels and the soft music during breakfast are an irresistible combination. If you want shopping and adventure just book a Geab or grab a cab and afterwards return to this oasis of solitude. Enjoy and...... say hello to Bacon and the rest of the staff there for me!!!

Second time i have stayed at the Mariya. Nice to be back in the area. Met a lovely couple operating a good place for great local food on my first visit. Great to see them again for dinner before traveling home. Love the Kota bar and cafe fown the street for a beer. Great friendly staff
