The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bangkok with walking distance to skytrain. The atmosphere of hotel is really fun, full of good and positive vibe. We spent our new year eve at Moxy , foods and services are very good we had a very good start 2026 here. Thank you Moxy team. Staffs are always smile and welcoming :) The room is big enough for 2pp. (Extra bed is not available) room provide all amenities and very clean. Great Breakfast with variety of choices and delicious. We’re very certified to be here.

Check in - was swift and the staff explained the check out hours, breakfast hours, short cut to the malls nearby. The lobby looks vibrant, so are the staff who are very friendly and approachable. Room 1 (Moxy Queen 18sqm) - i personally find it compact for my size but it’s not that bad. Love that they provide conditioner as well. The surprise came on NY’s eve when we saw drones outside our windows and got a full and good view of the drone show which was part of the NY countdown by the mall opposite. Room 2 (Moxy Deluxe 36 sqm) definitely prefer this spacious room at the corner which comes with a living and dining area, separate from the bedroom. Breakfast - didn’t have time nor stomach space to try them so I can’t comment. My likes - the location, clean rooms and 24-hour gym and excellent and prompt service from the crew including housekeeping staff! My feedback: - The bathroom comes with a wet and dry area but without a shower curtain or door made it messy as the dry area got wet and slippery after showering. There was a rubber mat and bath mat but it was still messy. - would be nice if there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. - there were multiple hooks around the room to hang but the hangers are looped, not hooked. (Tips: bring travel hangers and hanger extender if you are the sort who prefers to hang the clothes to ventilate before storing) - would Moxy consider a laundry room for guests in future or have in-room washer/dryer in bigger rooms?

The Good: great service, excellent team, live music some nights, spectacular views. The Bad: Overpriced for the rooms which are like a dormitory. Take two elevators to reach your room, sometimes they are busy and it can take 15 minutes from the street entrance. Breakfast is good but the eggs are from powder and that is dissapointing for an expensive hotel. The Shopping: If you want to shop all day it's probably for you.

Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong I had a pleasant stay at Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong. The breakfast was good, though adding a bit more variety would make the morning experience even better. The Moxy crew truly stood out — friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, although slightly on the smaller side. However, the hotel’s fantastic location more than makes up for it, with major shopping malls and attractions just a short walk away. Overall, a great choice for travellers looking for convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality.
