Great place near the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Efficient 24 hrs free shuttle. The rooms have a lot of space and in general very clean. And the staff was great. But be aware that there is nothing around the hotel, a taxi will be mandatory to do almost anything else.

The toilet clogged after regular use and the flush handle was stuck down so water flooded from the toilet and covered the entire bathroom floor with toilet water. I had to manually pull the flush handle up to stop it from flooding. By this time it was 2am and I was tired from over 24hrs of travel so just went to bed. Additionally, the sink and shower drains were plugged and not draining with no visible mechanism to raise them so I had to go in with my hands and pull the plugs out so the water would drain which was gross. It was too much headache to deal with late at night after 24 hrs of travel. On a positive note, the breakfast was spectacular. Great choices and plenty of variety

When arrived at night 2:30 am front desk manager was very rude and not showed empathy! Said can not check in earlier than 9 am. So resting in lobby fell asleep she sent. Bell man to slap my feet woke me up say can not sleep in lobby very rudely unacceptable behavior so stayed up since all night would not even send bell man to take luggage to the room after checking in! Reported to Manager to coaches staff in hospitality business to offer blue drink to me as welcoming drink was not offered as brown American Muslim biased discrimination was oblivious but all other white travelers was offered Blue drink without exceptions!!! Max mentioned would address to staff. Bathroom tub slow drain in room 605 unable to shower in clean drained tub. Crystal Resturant mentioned chicken was halal so I ate on November 19 but no proof was provided as certification requested email to manager Max on night of November 20 still no reply received to verification of chicken claimed by Resturant to be halal sources with certificate.

Room condition was good. Housekeeping staff was courteous. Dining room service needs improvement; very slow service for drinks & taking orders even when not very busy (2 tables). Had to give them a signal to get their attention. They don’t come around to check if you need anything or if everything was ok. Happy with lobby staff & airport drivers.
