Room wasn’t upto a 5 star standard, also never matched the profile on the website , Gold Membership not recognised, The Food and Beverage not discounted as mentioned at check in as a Gold Member , Hotel was shabby , Rooms were dirty, they couldn’t even be bothered to fill the Shampoo and Shower Gel or leave Coffee pods, I had to ring and ask , we stayed 4 night , 1 night would have been enough, A\C in Ioving room never worked , no cushions on the sofa , no Arm Chair as advertised, TV not working as a Smart TV , 3 Star at most I rate the hotel , Food was also not upto standard, I ordered a Roast Duck with Basil - What a disappointment, just swimming in oil and to make even worse they deep fried the basil also, inedible!!!!, not the best end to my holiday enjoyment .

Started off very well and continued in that vein. Got a free upgrade to deluxe suite, very much apprciated. Great room, good view of the airport, clean and spacious. Food was very good and reasonably priced, great breakfast as part of the booking, staff very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night due to long transit time. Room was clean and spacious, with good facilities. Conveniently located 10-15 min away from the airport and they provide free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

I booked this hotel because I needed an overnight near BKK to catch an early departure to Da Nang. I was disappointed to arrive at 12:05 am to be informed that the free hotel shuttle only runs every hour, and would need to wait until 1 am or arrange my own transportation (which I had to do, paying 500 baht for a large taxi to take my travel group of 4 an approx 15 drive to the hotel). On arrival, the digital room thermostat was permanently fixed at 23.5C and I had to call guest services to send someone to override the settings so I could set the room temperature to 20C. The common hallways are tired and run down looking. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. The vending machine on my floor was broken. The rooftop bar was under renovation and not available. The bathroom doorway has a step-up ledge that you cannot see well at night causing me to stub my toe twice because the dark granite flooring has no contrast visibility. The bedding was very comfortable, which is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel.
