The service is very good. The manager Jade assisted to make an appointment for an ear appointment for my husband as well as organised transport. The hourly transfers to the shopping centre are run efficiently and enthusiastically by the staff.

Brilliant Hospitality but the excess to the main road is hectic and also the shuttle service is very limited. Most taxi or Grab drivers doesn’t know how to get in as the display of the sign board is very small

Great hotel! It’s quite new, the rooftop pool temp was perfect with plenty of luxe lounging options & comfy pool towels. The hotel rooms were spacious (I upgraded to get the couch too), with super comfy bedding, rain showerhead with strong water pressure & hot water. Breakfast was great, plenty of fresh fruit, hot breakfast options & pastries (sadly not for me), eggs cooked to order (thanks to chef Nola who kindly ordered in gluten free bread for me for my 2nd day - 24hrs notice). 700m to shopping (Emquartier from memory) & food, massages all nearby as well as great gelato place over the road. Very well priced & would stay again

Room was large, modern, energetic and full or character. Beds were very comfortable & clean. Bathroom had everything we needed, and was again very modern in design, but a little cramped. Breakfast is very well presented, very fresh, and plentiful. Buffet style, but they cook any egg requests to order. Staff were extremely friendly, relaxed, not in your face but there when you needed them. Just right. The pool was a very welcome relaxation and kept us and our child busy for hours each afternoon/evening before dinner.
