We have spent one night at the property. The staff was excellent. Receptionist extremely helpful and great to talk to. All staff exhibited the "no problem" attitude!. They all went the extra mile to please us, being helpful, turning on jacuzzi for us even when it was after hours. When checking-in they even gave us choice about room choice without us asking. We also had complementary massage which was so great that I had booked another massage next day. The restaurant and bar looks great with nice atmosfere. The bad? The rooms are little dated. Our shower head needs some fixing. Toiled also needed some fixing as the water was leaking hence it was making the hissing sound in regular intervals to fill in the water so I have ended up to turning the toiled water off for the night. However, although this would be great to fix that did not bother us since overal we felt that we are being taken care of. I believe that if I would ask the staff to fix the above mentioned issues it will be done, I just did not care much since we were there just for one night. I'll be staying in this property again.. ďakujeme

Old hotel in a spa town.
The Sergijo is an old hotel from the fifties that has had a minor facelift. The hotel is on the outskirts of Piestany, about five km from the center of town. Rooms are adequate but cramped with outdated furniture. The separate WC is in a small space as is the shower and wash basin. Breakfast is a combination of cold cuts and hot food. The restaurant is good basic fare with comfortable seating outside and inside.

Prespať sa dá, ale o 4* nehovorme. Wellness neprístupný, vo vonkajšej vírivke 20 cm vody a voda v nej špinavá. Raňajky opäť bohužiaľ parametre 4* nespĺňali. Inak areál čistý pokosený pekné okolie. Kto si nepotrpí na 4* štandard bude spokojný.

Personal milí, prijemne prostredie hotela, cistota, hotel je hned pri Slňave - vyborne miesto na potulky okolim ako aj cykloturky. Co by som vytkla, vzhladom k tomu ze hotel ma 4* - boli nekvalitne vrzgajuce postele, takmer pri kazdom pohybe som sa zobudila na vrzganie a taktiez v kupelni by sa mohli vymenit baterie, kohutiky za nove. Celkovo hodnotim znamkou 2 ;-)

Reservd rooms and arrived at 20:00 with the bikes. There where no rooms for us to have. Hotels.come must be better to inform the hotels how it works. We find another hotel.

Hôtel bas de gamme ne mérite pas du tous ses 4 étoiles, mal entretenu (rouille sdb), je déconseille cette établissement.
