Still the best hotel in Bansko
I have asked for an upgrade of room due to fact that hotel was empty and telling them I stayed many times - they didn’t upgrade me Restaurant - only one opened Italian with extremely expensive prices and very few courses Spa was fantastic especially the aroma massage done by Thai therapist

We are vegetarians and food can be an issue, the staff took great care in curating a vegetarian feast and all our dietary restrictions were accommodated. Very good stay right on the ski slopes, great wellness facilities after days of skiing. Outstanding breakfast. Very professional and helpful staff. Probably better visited outside school holidays as it gets very busy and slopes are crowded.
