Nuestra estancia fue realmente agradable,el hotel esta muy bien ubicado,es extremadamente limpio.Todos sus empleados son realmente amistosos,profeccionales,te hacen sentir como familia. En especial Tino en el Bar,es un hombre increible.Tambien Art que trabaja en el restaurant.En el lobby todos son realmente profeccionales,en especial Davide como tambien Pablo. La verdad no quiero ser injusto y dejar de mencionarlos a todos,pero no recuerdo todo sus nombres.

Funky odor in the hotel. Also, the pool was closed due to construction. I think if that’s the case they should not advertise the pool as an amenity. The rooms are nice and clean. Finally, not fond of the homeless sleeping right next to the door as you arrive home for the evening.

This hotel is right in the center of shops, dining and many architectural sights. I loved this hotel and the front desk staff were very helpful with suggesting sights to see. The restaurant/bar staff Tino and Victoria were AMAZING!!!

Location is excellent close to cathedral and las ramblas. Hotel very clean and services excellent, front desk very welcoming and attentive. We had a room with private terrace backing onto the rooftop pool. Would be special in summer but bit chilly in December..

The roof pool and bar is out of action. None of this was informed prior to the stay. Had we known before arrival we could have booked else. One lift was faulty and the glass smashed. We had a private terrace with a pool that could not be used as it was dirty. Disgusting yellow rim around the water line. Dirt on the base of the pool. and Bird poop on the pool cover. This should have been cleaned regularly and prior to arrival. rather than inform them to clean. I'd hate to think of the risk of legionnaires! Don't waste your money with the private pool rooms.

The location is great, however, the patio was closed under renovation. No gym neither and no option for upgrade even with available rooms.

Great location and awesome staff. The staff was extremely friendly and always very helpful. Edgar was always so attentive and made us feel like home. I would stayed there again my next time in Barcelona.
