Great place to stay
This hotel was great, located in the heart of the gothic district, with easy access to transportation and close to the port. The entrance to the hotel is through a shopping gallery which was a little run down but once you step off the elevator that takes you to the hotel lobby it was very nice. The staff were also polite and very helpful. Having traveled through Europe quite a bit I've found it to be hit or miss with hotels that are not well known chains. This one is definitely a great choice and would highly recommend it for couples.

Hotel was wonderful and beautiful. Everyone was so nice. Area was very walkable which was great but alleys and surrounding can be confusing to find the hotel as there are 4 entrances and everything looks the same. But everything was great.

An amazing hotel tucked in the heart of old Barcel
What an excellent experience! The location is great just around the corner from the Barcelona cathedral, right in the heart of the old town and close to some great restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly and really took care of us. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and given the location it was remarkably quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we get to return to Barcelona!

This property was in a great location, clean with a fab bed. Checkin process was easy and they held our bags for us. Our only negative is that there was no chair in the room. We had to sit on the bed, which was not ideal. Otherwise, fab.

Very comfortable bed. Nice size room. Very convenient location. Can walk to a lot of attractions. It is a short walking distance to public transport, train & bus and the tourist hop on hop off bus. Lots of restaurants and cafes and shopping close by. Adrian was great and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered all our questions and was happy to give us ice and cold water as needed. Definitely recommended. Will stay there again.

Beautifully styled, spacious hotel in the heart of the gothic quarter. Staff were lovely and the suite was amazing! I’d highly recommend booking this hotel. Location was in the heart of the gothic but with good soundproofing that was not noisy inside the rooms.

Small rooms but comfortable and well maintained, very good location, there is room service but from an outside service. On second floor above a mall but very secure, need access code to use elevator and get in after 21:00, not all taxis go right to door, we had to walk in from La Rambla but got a taxi to door when we checked out

The rooms were well-decorated and adequately stocked, although ours had an unpleasant sewage odor. The location is excellent. We encountered an issue on our second night when the A/C was set above our preferred temperature, and we were unable to adjust it from within the room (the first night had been comfortable). I approached the front desk and found two gentlemen there, one of whom seemed to have just finished his shift (I believe his name was Don). I politely asked if we could lower the temperature a bit, but his response was unexpectedly rude. He remarked, “You Americans always do this, the temperature is perfect.” I explained that while the temperature had been perfect the previous night, it was too warm this evening. Despite this, he continued to suggest that the issue was with us, not the room or the hotel. Eventually, he adjusted a global temperature regulator to match the setting from the previous night, but his attitude remained extremely rude, judgmental, and unprofessional.
