I love this hotel! It is a small mid price hotel, but the staff and area is 5 star, 5 diamond! I would come back. I have recommended the hotel, I will be back again, and again you are treated like family! Javier, Francisco, and can’t remember the rest of the crew, but they take care of you. Thank you, I love it, love it, love it there!

We liked that the property is very centrally located and, in spite of current road construction directly in front of the hotel, it was quite easy to get to public transportation. One caution - when they say "double" bed - they aren't referring to a "queen" bed nor 2 beds pushed together (a "double bed is good if you REALLY like each other - very small 😉). Otherwise, the hotel is fine.

Great staff. Good location. Lots of history in this hotel. Good breakfast spread. No fault of hotel or staff, unfortunately some of our stay was in a room overlooking La Rambla…noisy due to construction during the day and a festival at night with rowdy revellers all night long. Would stay again but with different room orientation.

i loved reading about the history of the hotel. i had a translation app, where i took pictures of the historical articles, and the app translated to english. the free breakfast was very good, too.

The bathroom and shower was downstairs, and for us, being 77years of age that was quite an inconvenience. To ask for a different room wound of really been more than the two older staff members would have agreed to.

The hotel was in the heart of Las Ramblas and in walking distant to several tourist attractions in Barcelona. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast and plenty of options. The coffee machine was able to make any type of coffee option you would like. The area is safe and very well lite at night also. The rooms are big for Europe.

Hotel and staff excellent. Hotel is located on Las Ramblas, which is under construction. May have difficulty if taxi drop off. Perfect for walking and easy mass transportation. Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices and well stocked. Location has everything you need, lots of action.

Comfortable and convenient stay
Older hotel but roomy and comfortable. Service was quick and friendly. Convenient location. Very nice stroll to Placa Catalunya and to Aerobus stop to the airport. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Lots to see... walk to the Picasso Museum!

For a 2 star hotel this was a great find and good value for money. Great location, very helpful staff and although the accommodation is basic it is comfortable and clean. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels. Breakfast was included and there was a great variety on offer. Would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. Basic but very clean and so convenient. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has character and so good for a 2 star hotel. Would definitely stay here again
