You can go hiking in the mountains, go horse riding, play tennis .. And you will be only 6km (10 minutes) from the F.C. Barcelona, 18km from the beach, 13km from the Sagrada Familia ..

The 320m2 house is located on a 1,000m2 land that you can use exclusively.

On the first floor you can enjoy great moments in a living room of 40m2, a spacious kitchen, 1 double bedroom, a beautiful room with two small beds, each of them 90x 1.90, an office with a modern ribbon Run and a great bathroom.

On the second floor you have a double room, another double room with two beds of 90 joined, and a single room with a games room, as well as a bathroom.

And finally, in the basement a spectacular indoor heated pool awaits you, with direct access to the 600m2 garden and parking.
Being an indoor and heated pool, whether it is a sunny day or if it rains you can enjoy it!
