When I got to my room, I noticed I could not close completely the window. The window stayed crack open no matter what I did. The hotel staff put me into another room where I encounter the same situation. It seems it is by design the windows don't close fully. They agreed to put me into a third room which did not face the busy street and was quiet. I had a good rest. I appreciate how cooperative the personnel is.

The stay was very nice, Hotel staff was very nice and overall i only have one complaint and they is the air conditioning as it was pretty weak for the hot weather. Otherwise I loved it.

The staff are very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The hotel is nicely located near a convenience store, shopping mall, cinema, restaurants and a reasonable walk to the subway station that connects to the center of Barcelona. The airport is also close. Gràcies!

The hotel is not pretty and is located in an industrial area, the only thing that saves it is the mall which is very close and has everything.
