The hallway had a big carpet stain, the bath tub wasn’t clean with some small moulding along border. The floor planks were bubbled up as if there’d been a flood previously, the tall lamp had no lamp shade or light switch & there’s no ceiling light. The best thing was the pool area & there’s a sauna that I didn’t get to. The breakfast was good for $14 euros, the location is far - a 30 min taxi ride to the city centre area La Rambla. The Castelldefels beach is a 7 min drive or 39 min walk & it’s nice. Anec Blau mall is 4 min walk & we had dinner there at the restaurant Casa Carmen.

The property was not at all as described. It had very few staff. They are offered room service, but we’re not able to actually provide room service and I had to sit downstairs for 40 minutes while the food was prepared and then carried the tray upstairs myself. it said in the description that they have a business center. However, they told me that they do not because children were ruining the computers. The Wi-Fi only worked if you were in the lobby. Laundry service was basically nonexistent. Nothing in the description of the hotel and amenities was correct .

The lady at the front desk that checked me in was the most appropriate person I encountered at this hotel. I felt racially profiled by everyone else. My room a/c was not working so I went to the lobby to let the front desk know and the staff refuse to come and check it. I was told the guy who checks the a/c is eating and I would have to wait 20 minutes, he never came. The staff at the restaurant did not want to deliver my food to the room even though it was an option and I told him I don’t mind paying for the room service he told me to just wait for the food.
