Location, location!
Great location. Two blocks away from the main point of interest. Short ride away from other areas. Visited during summer, it was very hot and the air conditioner struggled to keep up, but other than that, it had very friendly and helpful staff.

Great, clean hotel two blocks from the Sagrada Familia, as well as the Metro station and dozens of cafes, restaurants, shops. Very easy to find and navigate, as the surrounding neighborhood is a grid. Very roomy, our hotel room included what could possibly be the largest restroom and shower I’ve ever experienced in Europe. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable of Barcelona to help me find many landmarks.

they could use a mini fridge in the rooms , also they need a remote for the air conditioner instead of getting up every 15 mins to adjust the temperature. why the breakfast is the same thing every day? they need to identify the meat if its turkey,pork or whatever

It’s a convenient location and the staff is nice and helpful, it is very clean. However, the property definitely needs to be updated…. The inside is just a bit dreary, hallways feel dark and the rooms are ok. Definitely needs updating and I felt it was a bit expensive for what it offered. Overall it was ok and decent but not sure about the Expedia rating of 8.4
