Alex at the front desk was amazing, if it wasn't for him our trip would not have been as we expected, he went above and beyond for us to ensure our time was enjoyable. I have only put 4/5 stars for 'Staff' as upon checkout we were questioned about an outstanding amount for breakfast, which Alex had originally advised would be complimentary at time of check in as a gesture of goodwill, the staff member upon checking out was not aware of this which delayed us exiting the hotel enroute to the airport, this particular staff member did not come across as professional at all making quite unusual faces without talking, there was no language barrier either, it made my wife uncomfortable, my advice would be to ensure notes are made against clients profiles to ensure a streamline process, please note Alex was again wonderful with everything else.

The staff were absolutely incredible. Extremely helpful and flexible. Room is nothing extraordinary but I can’t complain about anything at all. The area is great for first time travel to Barcelona because it was quiet and felt very safe. The metro station almost next door makes it incredibly easy to get around the city. There is a ton dining options in walking distance as well as a market next door to grab anything else you need. There was also two large parks within walking distance that were beautiful. For the price I don’t think I could have found a better hotel.

Good Location with a L7 train a couple minutes walk getting you all around the city fast cheap and easily The neighbourhood feels safe even as women walking around in evening. Quiet in morning managing to have nice sleep in after long days exploring in the heat! Hotel really helpful with ordering taxi and providing information when needed McDonald’s on corner if you need a late night burger! Lots of lovely little coffee shops and places to eat with local prices Directly opposite a nice coffee shop plus a little mini market for water and snacks Google is great for finding little local gems for food and drinks also directly next door a place for drinks in evening

Good Stay
The hotel is very clean and is in a nice neighborhood. The room is spacious for 2 people. I was not used to the shower not having any curtains and a movable shower door. The toilet broke during our trip so we had to use the lobby bathroom which was a hassle, but they did offer complimentary breakfast. The staffs are very welcoming and used English for non Spanish speakers.

Amazing for the price
I booked this hotel for a few days in Barcelona and was very pleasantly surprised for the price. The entire hotel and room was very clean and tidy with very helpful and friendly staff. With a modern looking and air conditioned room for such a cheap price this hotel was simply amazing, very handy being a 2 minute walk away from a metro station too.
