Close to perfect

Nice clean room. Bathroom I brushed my teeth with warm water because it would not get cold and repair patches on the wall. The bed night table had a board at the button coming off. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly the breakfast had tasteless crumble eggs instead of scrambled plus ice cold. The hash browns were raw in the middle cold also. Fix that and it would of been a perfect stay.

March Madness stay

The building and room was very nice. I showed up during March madness and they had went all out. It was fun to see all the basketball decor. I did have issues with the TV turning on by itself, the other TV had a bright blinking light and the smoke detector had a bright blinking light. Very disruptive when trying to sleep. I didn't give them an opportunity to fix it, I just powered through

The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. We had a fan in the heating unit go down. Within an hour after letting the front desk know, the maintenance person was working on it. The downside was the room was kinda dark. If I had paperwork to work on, I would've had to go to the lobby. The other was coffee, they only had the dark roast and decaf. They had 3 liquid flavored creamers, 5 different sugar additives but carry no regular creamer in packets or half and half. Please add med roast coffee and half and half till my next visit.

Overall pleased stay for one night. Pool had significant fishy water smell that scared the kids from the pool. Newer hotel that still has the shine and good smells of newly opened hotels. With proper care this place serves the purpose very well. Continental breakfast was great for being Continental. Would stay here again.
