Our experience at the hotel was good apart from a few things: -The hot tap wasnt working in the bathroom sink -The fan was smelt of burning after turning it off in the morning -The tap being in the middle of the bath meant it was getting pressed by accident and the bath kept emptying Other than these few things, the hotel and room was clean, the staff seemed friendly

Could be a million times better
Hotel was amazing Sadly the service in the restaurant was slow and I felt forgotten. I even had to ask if my dinner was coming at all and was told that it was taking a long time as it was a whole chicken breast! 50 minutes- then the guy brights it and everything was all the same temp & HOT - felt like it had been forgotten, left on the pass - gone cold and they stuck the whole thing under a HOT grill to warm it up - plate and chicken with the same temperature. And the robot server with blinking eyes and whiskers is annoying/daft! I would stay again because the food is good when it comes - just need to pick up on the speed of service

Rooms are well appointed but finished to a poor standard. First room allocated had no cold water, was very warm with only a small window to vent which opened onto the main road. Staff kindly moved me to a quieter room on a lower, cooler floor but finishes still poor quality.
