The room was in good condition, clean, towels all brand new and no insects or mold. I am surprised at some of the many negative reviews. Sheets were also new and clean. Remote control has to be adjusted and fixed. I found it to be alright for a budget stay. A few slamming doors. I did not like being watched or gawked at by the breakfast person. We don’t need security patrol at breakfast. Find a hospitable lady for the breakfast hour.

We stayed at this hotel on Saturday October 26th 2024. We booked through Expedia and booked a ground floor room. Upon arrival at 3 pm we were told they had none and could not accommodate a ground floor room and only had a room on the 2nd floor. We contact Expedia and amazing enough the hotel suddenly had a room on the ground floor that just had the carpets washed. Sadly apart from the over powering smell of chemicals you would not be able to tell that the carpet was cleaned. The most annoying part of our whole stay was the uncontrollable guests screaming, knocking on doors, running back and forth inside and outside in the parking lot. This went on until 3:30/ 4 am. I did call at 1 am and some staff member was threading to call the police but obviously things were uncontrollable as when I called again at 3 am I could not get an answer from the front desk. Expedia tried to also contact the hotel and could not contact them either. Hope everyone involved is OK. I just want a full refund as I did not sleep at all and left as soon as it was daylight. Also the curtains had so many stains on it and the bathtub is needing some TLC. Looks like the paint is peeling off of it. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Our stay was made better by the amazing breakfast this morning! Though there's nothing that can be done about the non existent elevator in the building, something can be do r about the temperature of the pool. Especially for smaller children who enjoy swimming. Having a little heat won't hurt anything! I do have to say that the first thing I noticed though was how clean the room was and how fresh smelling everything was. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just warm up that pool, and nobody will even care about the elevator. Lol

The front staff was friendly . There was a punch hole in the wall by the bed . The bathroom door was completely broken with the front panel falling off and a punch hole in the back . It would not close properly . Burn marks on the bathroom counter . The water in the toilet was yellow . So I presume the bath water was the same. The shower was very dated , I opted to wait to get home before showering .
