Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell, modern eingerichtet und mann hat einen weiten Blick über die Stadt. Für vier Personen würde ich die Wohnung allerdings nicht buchen, weil es nur ein richtiges Schlafzimmer gibt (Achtung: mit Wasserbett!), die zweite Schlafgelegenheit ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Ausrichtung zur Hafenstraße hin ist im Herbst/Winter sicherlich ok, weil es draußen kühl ist und man keine Fenster öffnen mag. Im Sommer ist es insbesondere morgens schon recht früh eher etwas laut vom Verkehr, so dass man die Fenster schließen muss. Wer zu Hause ruhig wohnt, wird auch tagsüber die Zeit auf dem Balkon als etwas laut empfinden. Wir waren deshalb leiber viel unterwegs. Misslich war auch, dass während unserers Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten direkt neben dem Speicher losgingen. In der Beschreibung war zwar auf eventuellen Baulärm hingewiesen worden, aber von einer anderen Quelle. Wenn morgens um 7.00 Uhr schon der Bagger unterm Fenster lärmt, macht das keine Freude... Wahrscheinlich bleibt die neue Baustelle für das sogenannte Vinetarium noch eine ganze Weile, am besten vorher erkundigen, wie der Stand der Dinge ist. Die Bauarbeiten für den neuen Yachthafen hört man kaum noch, dort sind bereits die Innenausbauten dran. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Speichers natürlich optimal, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Schiffsanleger und Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Großer Balkon, gute zentrale Lage. Für die Bedienung der Küchengeräte wie Kaffeeautomat, Herd, Mikrowelle braucht man technisches technisches Verständnis, sehr modern. Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen
