We were in town for a funeral asked for a late check out said we couldn’t put on not a bad trip. The rooms are comfortable. Don’t know if I’d stay there again might try something else.

The clerk at the front desk was not friendly at all. I believe her name was Melissa. I have stayed at this location and many others and this was the worst service I have ever received.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we were in room 101, which is next to the mechanical room. It was like being on the tarmac waiting for a plane to take off, engines constantly powering up. Maybe management needs to try to sleep in this room?

Very clean, felt safe, nice normal breakfast. Staff was nice and gave us info on the local interest. But I only gave him 3 stars because we were in a handicap room, and when I told him we would rather be in a normal room he did not even respond. Nothing! At the same rate I by mistake did book a handicap room, but they were not very busy so he could of made us happy and changed it. Lesson learned. I would recommend this hotel. But if we ever come thru again I would book closer to downtown.
