My suggestion is Expedia suppose to remove this hotel from their booking list, when I arrived I was given truly bad room with unclean bad... I question about it, and they said sine I booked via online / Expedia... this is only room available.
Since the room is not in good condition, they asked me to pay additional cash to upgrade to better room and unfortunately I have no choice and end-up with I paid double the price.
If Expedia is standing behind for their customers... I should get my money back.
Location of the hotel also I wont visit again.
Checked in too late around 4pm, we requested for extra pillow, toothbrush and towel and they ask for extra charge and i was like “are you serious?!” From the time we arrived, then waited too long to check in and now this? The service is really poor, never gonna come back to this hotel. And the worse is each room they provided only one toothbrush, are we gonna share one toothbrush? I was really disappointed 😩
The check in experience was bad. Staff are unprofessional. Gave me the wrong room and I had to go up n down 3 times to get the correct room that I booked and it smelt weird. Breakfast was quite bad and the typical eggs which is supposed to be free was chargeable. Quite disappointing.
It's nothing fancy but compared to other hotels of similar style/price category this was actually a positive surprise. Room is quite large, bathroom modern and fairly clean (by Indonesian standards ...). Hotel is located a bit away from everything but it's actually quite strategic. It's only a 10-15 min. walk (along smaller back streets rather than the busy main road) to nagoya hill or down to kampung bule.
Free wifi was working flawlessly and there is even a small desk and chair to get some work done.
My only real complaint: the aircon in my room was barely working.
Firstly need to mention about location not that good becoz need to go somewhere I can't get taxi so I need to walk outside also at night very noisy becoz people playing football late night beside the football court .
Secondly when I stay that night was black out no power at all , nobody come to on back power . I waited quite long until I cal the operator then only on back power . Seriously the service quite bad .
Thirdly they say breakfast is free but i pay for half boiled egg that is unacceptable . I'm quite disappointed the hotel service .

Nice room good hotel but in a very lonely lane 150 meters away from a busy street. In night the walk thru the dark alley could make one pensive as there could be a rat or two for company

Nice hotel new to Shopping..
I love the Hotel stay but supply of slippers,tooth brush and soap only one set for both of us.
Its a wonderful holiday we have there.....Service is good....staff is warmth....Breakfast although it is simple but overall we loved it...will definitely come over here again...tq.
No beverages and electric kettle inside the room. Not convenient as shopping mall are far from the hotel.

worth staying again, walking distance to shopping
The room was cosy and the shower jet was strong to make bathing enjoyable. The hotel staff was helpful in providing directions to the nearby shopping malls. the breakfast buffet was decent. We would consider staying here again.
