Place was remodeled by what looks like unskilled labor, tile in the bathroom was loose and coming up , ac/heat unit smelled of mold, not insulated well enough could hear all neighbors, pool area is small and has heavy corrosion from chemicals, look at the sprinkler heads or anything made of metal . I could go on but I think that’s enough.

Decent facility in the town of Batavia. Staff is very friendly and do provide great service. Hotel itself is older but kept as clean as it can be. Had spiders on our room but other than that it was fine. Breakfast was standard but delicious

Close to amenities, but the room itself smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Did let the front desk know when we checked in as didn’t want to get dinged with an extra cleaning fee (which I wasn’t) but was a bit disappointed as my son has allergies so not the best sleep.

Property was convenient of the highway. Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Our one issue was noise in the evening from about 1 am to 3.15am. Unclear, if the noise was being made by staff doing their duties in the maintenance room across the way or some noise by tenants in the adjoining room.loud conversation.,door repeatedly opening and closing. Our room happened to be a handicapped room- not requested .

Our go to place if we want to just get away for a day or two. Rooms are always neat and clean, comfortable. Breakfast is good and replenished throughout the serving time. Iron in room 217 doesn't work perfectly, but was serviceable. Pool was clean and not frigidly cold.
