Fine enough for my one night stay. Staff was very good. Access to parking lot was a bit strange and sign prominent about “not responsible for theft and damage” had me worried but no issue.

I have stayed here before, it's clean, has very friendly and helpful staff and is very conveniently located. The breakfast is above average and starts earlier than most. I highly recommend this hotel

St Charles Stay
Everything was excellent. The only negative I could report would be actually getting to the motel is difficult. My GPS took me three different ways before I found it myself. The one sign along 5th Street needs to be lit. Hard to find in the dark.

It was close to where we were going too. Very convenient to get around. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and inviting. We would refer a friend or anyone. Good breakfast! Reasonable rates. I say it is our new stay for when we attend concerts. I felt really safe in that area.

Good for the money
For the price it was good. Pro: (we had a king room) spacious room, spacious bathroom with a very hot jacuzzi tub- that was a nice surprise! Delicious breakfast! Good coffee. Con: I called down to the lobby twice - no answer so went down there to ask for late checkout. Lady working at desk obviously sick (felt bad for her!) we have always gotten late check outs at hotels especially on a week day. Was told I could get 30 more minutes which was appreciated but an hour would half been good. I have never had an issue at any hotel of any brand ever with this (except one but it was a busy day so I understood that, it just wasn’t busy so idk why it wasn’t able to be noon). Also not sure why he front desk lady didn’t answer the phone. Also the pool was a bit chilly. The exercise room is sub-par. One treadmill (very old but worked), one bike and some weights - definitely lacking in that department. Overall it was okay, but probably wouldn’t stay again as other hotels offer a bit more, but for the price it was good.
