Great service!
This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!

SPA'yi kullanamadik Kahvalti standartin cok altinda Ve en onemlisi resepsiyon, bu kadar kotu check out olamaz. 3 kisi belli ki hepsi yeni eleman, hicbir sey bilmiyorlar 15 dk bekledildim. Resepsiyon muduru faturami emaile gondeririz dedi, gondermedi. Sonrasında aradim email gelmedigini belirttim, gondericez dedi ve yine gelmedi.

Eviniz gibi hissedebileceğiniz harika bir otel. Bütün personeller güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde sizlere sunuluyor. Çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Hem sıcak servis vardı, hemde sabahları farklı menüler sunarak farklı lezzetleri denemenize olanak sağlıyorlar. Oda bakım görevlileri titiz ve düzenlilerdi, temizlik konusunda şüpheniz olmasın her şey dört dörtlüktü.

Superbe hôtel que je qualifie 5 étoiles VRAIMENT… L’hôtel a à peine 3 ou 4 mois et il est top. Les chambres sont luxueuse et sentent encore le neuf, la sale de bain est moderne (douche à l’italienne immense), toute est fonctionnel, de plus il y a même des gels douche, shampoing etc. Grand écran, literie superbe, rien à dire… L’hôtel est situé à 5 min de l’aéroport dans un endroit très calme et le personnel et VRAIMENT au petit soins avec la clientèle. Un grand merci à la manager clientèle Me Gulsum qui est au petit soin également et vous montre quoi faire dans la région. Hâte d’y revenir et de découvrir le SPA qui ouvre dans quelques semaine…
