Upon arrival, something with the system wouldn't allow me to check in. So someone from the staff had to let me in my room w/o any room keys until morning since the system couldn't program my keys. In addition, I was billed for 4 nights without warning due to the system error when I only stayed 3. I was told the overbilling would fall off as a pending transaction but I was indeed billed. In my 3 nights stay, I received no room service even though I specifically requested it at the front desk Saturday morning along w/ fresh towels. Upon returning Saturday night, I received neither. Upon taking a shower, I discovered there was absolutely no soap in the dispenser. The shade to my room was broken, so I was unable to allow sunlight into my room the entire stay.
