This was my second stay in Apart hotel Tangerine, and now I can sa rooms are nice, and since hotel has 21st and 22nd floor you get nice view and quiet, excellent, clean and spacious, and I have no complaints whatsoever. But what makes a hotel are two things: Staff and cleanliness. While cleanliness was excellent, and entire place was spotless, staff is another story. During checkout, staff showed utmost unwillingness to cooperate and listen to simple request I made, to have separate bills for room, food and services. And when I requested in English, and then in Russian, slowly, and explaining patiently, they said "No problem" and did opposite. Then more staff came and I explained again, and they said " Yes we understand, no problem" and they did it again as they pleased, looking me in the eye and calmly doing opposite of what I asked. I felt like I was in "Idiocracy" movie. I tried to communicate and whole ordeal lasted about 30 minutes and at the end I was so furious, that I didn't even take breakfast, I just wanted to leave this place as soon as I can. And about breakfast, first time I was there, it was great and they had Georgian breakfast. This time was average, very limited choiceseriously lacking liquids, so you are compelled to order extra drinks.
All in all, here is final verdict: I am not going to this hotel again - if reception staff says one thing and does another, they can't be trusted, and that raises many questions, from basic hospitality to overall safety.
