Great hotel in a quaint beach town located one block from the water. The room was spacious and clean and there is plenty of parking in the lot and directly behind the hotel in the neighborhood. I had my dog with me and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk through

The room was two queen beds that were fairly worn (dips on both sides) the air conditioner rattled when it ran and we couldn’t the heat because the smell was nauseating. The switch for the bathroom fan was broken, the bathroom door was split and falling apart and the coffee Kureg was broken. Tried to point these out but the person at the counter said she would let the manager know. Prepaid and no other rooms available. The kicker was it appears that three or four of the rooms are occupied by long term remnants (COVID leftovers?) I have requested at least one nights stay be refunded.

Always a favorite for us to stay, we loved the location and the clean rooms. We also had a fireplace which was super nice on winter days.

We were pleasantly surprised by our suite having a kitchenette. This place had everything you could need. Bed was comfortable. All was provided from K cups(coffe), mugs, plates, silverware, utensils, blowdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & body wash. We even arrived after hours and the hotel was more than accommodating to get us into our room (we called ahead of time). Rear parking lot was easily accessible with a safe community surrounding. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beachwalker inn in Cayucos, the room was clean and comfortable and a great location, also very budget friendly. We will be back soon !

Parking is sometimes a challenge as there aren’t many spots but the accommodations were comfortable & clean. We reserved the queen bed suite and found the kitchenette to be quite sufficient. The staff were also friendly.
