Experience the ultimate lakeside getaway at our charming 1400 sq ft cabin located on the shores of Gull Lake, Manitoba. Just 40 minutes north of Winnipeg! This fully updated and beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

Step inside and be captivated by the modern and cozy ambiance of the cabin. Every corner of this retreat has been carefully designed and updated to provide the utmost comfort and convenience. With A/C, you'll stay cool even on the warmest summer days.

The cabin features four spacious bedrooms. PRIMARY BEDROOM - King bed. 2ND BEDROOM - Queen bed. 3RD BEDROOM - Bunk bed w/ Double bed & Single bed. 4TH BEDROOM - Bunk bed w/ Double bed & Single bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities: Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishwater & silverware etc.

The main cabin features 1 full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer as well!

The living room features a 55" smart TV with netflix, prime etc and we also have a PS3 with a bevy of games for kids to enjoy as well! Board games can be found under the coffee table :)

*Note - Fireplace is not for guest use for insurance purposes. Guests will be fined $1000 if used!*

Outside!

Indulge in ultimate relaxation in the private hot tub, where you can soak away your worries while admiring the breathtaking views of the lake. HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! For a refreshing experience, take advantage of the seasonal outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of swimming or sunbathing. The outdoor shower is connected to the indoor seasonal 3 piece updated bathroom as well! **This is open generally from June-October weather dependant**

Outside, 2 spacious decks await, one attached to the cabin with a dining space and BBQ. On the water is a 2nd deck to watch sunrises & sunsets over the south facing yard. You have your own PRIVATE BEACH right on the water and the views are literally breathtaking! You literally get sun ALL DAY here. No better views!!

There is also a fire pit to enjoy singing songs around the fire all night overlooking the water in the moonlight! Enjoy this in the summer & winter months!

Extras

The comfort and convenience extend beyond the basics, with all the amenities a short term rental property can offer, including free Starlink Wi-Fi, 2 paddle boards, a canoe, firepit, a dock in the summer (You can bring your boat and load at the boat launch and tie up to the dock), parking, and more!

As nature lovers ourselves, we understand the importance of enjoying the great outdoors. Take advantage of the trails in the area in summer AND winter! Quad & Snowmobile heaven! Just do not get lost, as you can go all day! You can also fish in Gull Lake and you will find trout and perch abundant. For more fishing, go across the highway to Lake Winnipeg!

For those seeking adventure beyond the cabin, Gull Lake offers an array of recreational activities, including golf courses, hiking trails, and local dining options. The chip stand in the summer is delicious and is located right at Sherwood Grocery which is a YEAR ROUND store with gas, snacks, firewood, water, alcohol and food etc. Fully stocked! You can also go to Sandy's chipstand at Patricia beach. Or there are restaurants at Grand Beach as well! Plenty in the area! Immerse yourself in the rich natural beauty and embrace the warmth of the local community.

Notes

- No parties: $1000 fine will be enforced

-2nd bathroom is seasonal as mentioned

-Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start before leaving

-Please take out your garbage and put in the left shed by the parking area

-Check in @ 3pm and Check out at 10AM. Message me for early/late requests. Fees will apply

-Ensure thermostat is set to 67F/19.5C prior to leaving in Winter. And set to 74F/23C in Summer
