We booked a room for 4 nights. Overall the hotel was nice, the lobby and parking lot were clean. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, but they only offered rooms to be cleaned every other day so we had to go get our own fresh towels, coffee pods and trash bags which would have been fine but the house keepers were extremely rude, argued and questioned me just to get the things I needed for my room. Also the shower, microwave and floors were dirty and the refrigerator did not work.
I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in. I attended the Gullah festival and it was very convenient for me to stay at the Hilton hotel. This is my second time. And I plan to come again. The rooms are immaculate.
Staff was friendly and location was great! The room had mold in the tile of the shower, paint was peeling in the bathroom. Room was clean but the bathroom felt pretty gross. Not the cleaning staffs fault. They need to repaint and regrout.
I had paid Hotels.com for my stay on May 11. When I checked in, the desk clerk told me that I owed $350.00, which I paid. When I got home, I checked my bank account and I had paid Hotels.com. Also, the toilet in my room was stopped up. Please reimburse me the $350.00.
We enjoyed our time this past week, however we were missing things that should have been in the room, such as, coffee pods, Kleenex, hair dryer, and alarm clock. The key cards they gave us would not open the pool gate so I had to go back in every time to get help.

First of all no coffee and hot water in the lobby (like other hotels) for the guests. Also my credit card was charged $11.74 without my knowledge, I called the hotel and the answer was, destination fee, accommodation fee etc. but these fees were not written when I booked the hotel through experdia and checking in.
