I liked the architecture of the hotel. I chose to stay because of the wrestling event being held in the ballroom. All agents/workers were knowledgeable when asked questjons. Breakfast was nice. Server was very friendly.

Our stay was comfortable after visiting with BethAnn. The original room given on the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. BethAnn upgraded our room to the 1st with a pool view for a minimal charge. The room was much nicer and matched the photos we saw online. The patio was dirty with cigarette buds but the pool view was still nice. My son is a content creator. After moving to our second room, he was able to capture some good footage.

Not a 4 star hotel
We picked this hotel based on star rating. Whoever does the rating must not have visited this hotel in the last 10+ years. Hotel is very dated. Walking in and seeing the carpet in the hallways and the cleanliness of the elevator I knew we had made a mistake. Furniture inside the rooms is old, some rusty, and falling apart. Anything cloth such as couches, carpet, etc is disgusting. The carpet in my room feels so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it without shoes. The bathroom was dirty, tile in shower is falling apart, and the water pressure is a little better than a drip. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless they make major changes.
