Great staff (Paula, Eva, and Kim—concierge and Paul at front desk). Wonderful breakfast included. Nice location in Vail Village near restaurants and shopping. Decent limited selection of wine, beer, and liquor at the small bar. Pool and hot tub overlooking the river. Easy access to hiking. Parking is pricey ($40 per night) but cheaper that other options in public garage ($65/24 hours). Highly recommend.

We are definitely coming back to the same hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, breakfast was delicious. The shops and restaurants were walking distance from the hotel. Overall we loved staying here .

This hotel is in a great location. Rooms were clean. Staff was not as helpful as you might experience at a nicer hotel but they weren't bad. You get a reasonable hotel at a great location for a good price.
