The property is nice and kept up, it was very clean. In a beautiful location/canyon. I felt like the price was great.

Nice view and fireplace
We rented this unit because it had all 5 star reviews. This is not a 5 star or really even a 4 star unit. It was nice and the views around it are great. We enjoyed the fireplace as well. It fit our needs from a bed standpoint. We came to Beaver for a wedding. This is part of the Eagle Point ski resort. If you are renting this in the summer then just know that you are at least 35-40 mins from anything. The drive up is fun but a bit adventurous. The elevation is around 10,000 ft so know that as well. While we enjoyed our time there but we would not stay there again because it is just too far from anything. If you are going to ski in the winter then it is a different story. Also, the stove barely worked and the bath towels might be the worst towels on earth (like sand paper). We hate leaving a review below 5 stars but feel we need to warn others because we would have liked to know.

Great home base for the family!
The condo fit our needs perfectly. There were lots of monsoon showers so we enjoyed having a dry place to stay instead of camping. Thank you for a great home base for our adventures!

Fun little getaway
Very relaxing trip. Not much to do at the resort but we had a blast fishing, atv riding and enjoying the beautiful weather. The condo fit my family perfectly and had everything we needed. The check in and out was so easy and the property manager had great communication. We will come again.
