Pool was huge and warm! Rooms were spacious, not the cleanest, but usable. Lots of dust on the headboard- corners of the room dirty, and the bathroom tub was peeling and VERY slippery. Bring your power bricks- old outlets, and kinda sparse. But the staff were very nice, and breakfast was good. Three different kinds of waffles- very busy hotel, could use a few more waffle makers. Biscuits were excellent!! Despite the negatives- would absolutely come again. Great for kids!! If you’re looking for a quiet, calm pool though, this wasn’t it. There were three different “groups” when we stayed. Seems to be a hotspot to bring kids, for families with kids is was great! My kids can’t wait to stay again.

Our stay was great from arrival to departure. We had a large group with 5 hotel rooms and the check in process was quick and seamless. The receptionist was so calm and kind with our group all standing and waiting at her desk. We had our teens and children from our church with us so of course they all were excited about the indoor-outdoor pool. It was well below freezing the entire time and there was snow all around so they especially enjoyed swimming outside since the water was heated. The receptionist was gracious enough to allow us to us the breakfast room to feed the kids pizza as long as we cleaned up after ourselves. That was such a nice bonus versus sending everyone to rooms. The rooms were comfy, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was we expected maybe sausage or bacon and fresh fruit since we had stayed here in the past. There were still plenty of great options including plain, chocolate or cinnamon waffles made fresh along with real eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy etc so I still give it a 5 star experience!

Room was not clean bathroom dirty walls were stain mark or drink on walls , insect on the bed. Me and my family passing through got there at 1 am to sleep for a day and continue driving so we had no choice to stay to sleep a couple of hours on top of bed with our cloth a really bad experience
