I seen roaches and the sheets had stains & burn holes. I booked a room online king suites non smoking & upon arrival they claimed thats all they had and it would be the same price but online it showed different .

Not so great.
Let me start with the pros. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the water is hot. Now for the cons. - The ice machine in the hallway didnt work. - The TV was fuzzy. - Breakfast options were terrible. - The refrigerator was leaking and had a huge, soaked area on the carpet. - Low water pressure in the shower. - The shower rod was being held up by a plastic bag and bandaids. - The shower curtain rod is angled downward so the curtains don't stay shut. This causes all the water to go outside the tub and onto the floor creating a huge mess. Overall, its cheap, but would not stay here again. The shower situation alone was enough for me to not want to stay there again.

I was traveling alone with my two dogs. The hotel was absolutely disgusting and nothing like the pictures online. The ceiling was stained, there was mildew in the molding of the bathtub, the carpet was stained, the bedsheets were stained, the sofa was stained, the washcloths were stained. The hallway was muggy and musty. The location was not desirable and I felt very unsafe. After a quick shower and feeding my dogs, I decided that I did not feel safe enough to stay there once night fell. So after an hour of being there, I checked out and drove 4 hours home -Through the night. What’s most important is that I am safe, but I would not recommend.

This place was terrible and a health hazard. The carpets had mysterious stains, as well as the sheets and blankets. There were cockroaches the moment you step into the room. Worst of all, there was an infestation of bed bugs coming out the moment you sat down on the bed. There were also a couple of rats running around the halls as you try to find your room. Overall a health hazard, so just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. Management needs to do a better job at making sure the place is safe for people who come in and stay.

Stains in bathroom and carpets. Linen old and cigarette holes. I left and found another place to stay. I’m surprised this place is not shut down. Everything old and wore out. Linen and towels should have been replaced years ago.

Greatly disappointed in the condition of our room and over condition of the property. Extremely loud and disturbing behavior from other rooms. Couldn’t get my children out of there fast enough.

Checked in and was tv broke. Could not call as phone had no wire. 2nd room toilet kept running. Bed seemed slept in. Called from fest 3 times but kept transferred to corporate phone number and recordings. 3rd room had spider in shower. Rooms were very far away from each other.

Our room smells terrible. There were large cigarette burns in the comforter on both beds. I asked for a new room and was moved. We were moved to a cleaner room but we're next to the lobby. Staff stood outside our window and smiled all night. I had to ask them at 3:30 AM To please keep the volume down because we could hear every word of their not so family friendly conversations.

Terrible property, I’m not sure how this property is still in operation. Staff was friendly but was clearly use to the negative feed back from guests. Stale Smokey smell in the halls and rooms… sketchy all around. I do not recommend staying here at all!

Not bad but far from 5 star the exterior door slammed all night (could use a new closer) air was very loud with no constant fan option. Very convenient to the highway. Was not bad for an over night glad we didn’t stay longer.
