Set amidst pleasant, bushy surrounds, Bloomfield Villa is air-conditioned, comfortably furnished and equipped with modern appliances throughout.
This property is pet friendly (there is a dog onsite, so your pets must be friendly and socialised). The dogs will have separate yards, but can still sniff and talk through fences.
The Space:
Bloomfield Villa is the perfect location for those wishing to have close access to the beautiful Glass House Mountains for walking and bird watching!
There is a full-sized kitchen featuring an oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer for your convenience. We also provide a range of kitchen utensils, plus complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Breakfast is provided for the first morning only.
**Please note, there is no wifi/internet access, so you will be required to use your own mobile data.**
Enjoy alfresco dining under the gazebo in your private outdoor entertaining area, or toast marshmallows around the firepit in the evening.
Perfect for singles, couples and families alike, the bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while there is an additional trundle bed (2 x singles - 1 x higher 1 x lower) in the lounge. Suitable for hosting your young children/babies - baby bath, change table & highchair available on request - (you will just require your own porta cot).
Well-behaved pets are also welcome, provided they are friendly and not left alone in the property at any time (bearing in mind there is a resident dog at the main house).
Comfortably positioned on spacious grounds Bloomfield Villa is fully detached from the main residence, and offers a fenced yard for your exclusive use.
(You will need to walk around the side of the villa to access the firepit and outdoor area, as there is no direct access door to the courtyard space).
There is a private driveway entrance and plenty of free off-street parking space available.
**Please note: this property can accommodate up to 4 guests, but nightly fees are charged based on the number of guests attending. The base rate is for 1 or 2 guests only - additional guests are charged at $70 per night to cover utilities and linen charges.**
***Bedrooms will also be made up according to the number of guests who book - for every 2 guests we make up 1x queen bed, unless advised otherwise. A linen fee of $40 per stay will be charged for an extra bed to be made up if more than 2 guests are attending.***

Guest Access:
A private driveway entrance and off-street parking space is provided for guests. Your lock-box code for entry will be provided 24 hours prior to your check-in time.
Bloomfield Villa is situated on a dual living parcel of land, which also includes the main house. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located for exploring the Sunshine Coast, walking the popular Glass House Mountain trails, or admiring the picturesque scenery from one of many local lookouts, you’ll be within easy reach of many popular tourist attractions.

The Big Kart Track - 15 minutes
Maleny and Montville - 25-30 minutes
Brisbane Airport - 60 minutes

PETS
Your pet is welcome at our property as well as it is well-behaved, toilet trained and quiet. There is pet fee of $40 per stay, which covers the additional cleaning required. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property unless you bring your crate and your pet is crate trained and comfy. Pets are not allowed on beds or the couch and extra cleaning charges will apply if it is found that your pet has been on these items. There are doggy bags provided so no excuses to leave your doggy doo lying around - please keep it clean!
BREAKFAST
Please note that breakfast is provided on the first morning ONLY.
SMOKING
This property has a strict no-smoking policy. Please refrain from smoking inside or around the house.
SEPTIC
The property is on a septic system for sewerage. This means you cannot put anything down the toilet apart from human waste and toilet paper. All food scraps must be wiped out of dishes with no food, fats or oils to go down the drains.
Any damage to the property will be charged to you accordingly.
*Please kindly note: We charge a nominal cleaning fee that does not cover our costs. We request light duties to be undertaken on checkout (you will receive a message at 7am on check out date) with instructions for dishes, rubbish removal, stripping of linen etc.
