Truly the worst experience I, as an expedia gold member, has ever had. I made the mistake of booking the hotel one day later, and not the day of, realized my mistake in literally 1 second, contacted expedia, got extreme pushback, arrived at the hotel, they told me I could pay for a room but not change my reservation. Literally all I wanted was a shower, not willing to accommodate when they had rooms available. Truly awful place. Also extremely noisy, dirty, unfriendly. Zero sympathy from both expedia and this hotel. Unbelievable experience as a gold member. I hope this never happens to anyone. An upfront to your face robbery. And they had the audacity to claim only expedia could refund me, when expedia made it clear only they could refund me. Really terrible back and forth.
